The following list of foods were part of Canadian Astronaut Marc Garneau's menu for the STS-97 Mission to the International Space Station.

Your mission is to prepare three days worth of meals from the foods on the list. Each day's meals must meet the minimum energy requirement of 14.5 MJ and satisfy the requirements of Canada's Food Guide for Healthy Living.
